Sprinkle flour into melted butter, whisking constantly 1 minute until mixture is lumpy. Add salt, pepper, and white pepper. Add mushroom sauce, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and half and half into skillet constantly whisking. Add shredded Parmesan cheese, whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and use immediately. Arrange toasted Rye bread on baking tin. Place even amounts of turkey, bacon, and tomato on top. Spoon Parmesan cheese sauce on top of each sandwich half. Top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and broil in oven until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned (2-4 minutes) |
